It’s Friday and darn it, it is time to step away from the laptop and smartphone and coffee (I’m kidding) and get to relaxing. I know, that’s easier said than done. It’s not easy to just step completely away and decompress. However, it is important that you make an effort to do so.
The best thing you can do is to find things to do which involve your focus in a way that forces you to not look at your phone. So let’s look at a few ways.
Hit a movie! The movie Sausage Party looks pretty good (not sure about bringing the kiddos, though)
Why not try a little Yoga? Going to a studio is your best bet, but if that’s not for you, then do it at home. There are plenty of cool Youtube channels that can help you along right from the comfort of your own home.
It’s Halloween weekend, why not make some caramel apples? No way you want to get any caramel on your iPhone!
